RED CROSS DAY AT WARWICK MALL -- SAFETY
TIPS, KIDS ACTIVITIES PLANNED
This Saturday, March 15, 2003 from 12pm-4pm at the Warwick Mall, the Red Cross will be offering live
demonstrations of CPR and First Aid, and tips on preparing for an emergency like building a disaster kit and planning a family evacuation route.
The Red Cross Emergency Response Vehicle, which has been to Ground Zero and
was most recently used to assist following The Station nightclub fire will also be available to tour.

In addition, CVS/pharmacy has donated toiletries for "comfort kits" to be distributed to local troops who are
deployed as well as fire victims. Troops of Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts will be on hand to assemble the kits and write personal notes to the soldiers and fire victims who will receive the supplies.
ALL CHILDREN ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ASSEMBLING COMFORT KITS.
